At Morden Doors Ltd., we proudly offer PUR (Polyurethane Reactive) hot melt laminating services using our advanced Barberan Hot Melt PUR Laminating line Machine. Our technology ensures  we can paste any of our 3D Laminate / Thermofield colors on the MDF Sheets Seamless bonding, High water and heat resistance, Bubble-free surface, Long-lasting durability No Peeling or Bubbling, Clean Seamless Finish, Ideal for High Gloss and Matte Surfaces.

Applied On: MDF Boards, Particle Boards, Plywood, HPL

Custom Sizes Accepted. And we can paste of our 3d laminet thermolfoil color on the HPL Sheets witch can allow flat lamination to multiple surface.

Materials We laminate Acrylic, PVC, PET, HPL, and Veneer.

Available sheet sizes: 4’x 8’, Thickness 1/8” to 1 ½” and   4’x 9’, Thickness 11/16”.
